1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (major in early childhood education preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.AMI/AMS certificate preferred;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.A minimum three years of previous teaching experience in Montessori/Common core teaching with young learners;
6.Strong knowledge of subject and curriculum;
7.Committed to the protection and safeguarding of children;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 30,000 to 40,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications (housing allowance included in salary package);

5.Annually Performance Bonus;
6.Training Fund: Up to 20,000 RMB per year;
7.Relocation Fee;
8.All three Meals provided during workdays;
9.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays

- Full paid 6-8 weeks Summer holiday
- Full paid 1 week Christmas holiday
- 5 days annual leave
