Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced and visionary Deputy Principal/Head of Primary Education to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in national curriculum education and the ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the primary school section.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to set and achieve school-wide goals.
- Ensuring the curriculum is aligned with national and international standards.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff.
- Representing the school at various events and meetings, both internal and external.
Requirements:
