R&D Director:
1. Job responsibilities
1. Strategy formulation and execution: The R&D director needs to formulate the strategic plan and goals of the R&D department according to the overall strategy of the company, and ensure that these goals are effectively implemented.
2. Team management: Responsible for establishing, training and motivating the R&D team to ensure that the team members have the required skills and qualities, and the whole team is very welcome to join the company.
3. Project management: supervise the progress of generic drug R&D projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and with quality. This includes aspects such as project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
4. Coordinate and solve various problems in the process of foreign drug declaration
Second, the job requirements
1. Technical background: doctoral degree or above in pharmacy related majors, more than 5 years of drug R&D background is required, and you have an in-depth understanding of technical trends in the field of R&D.
2. Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills are required, and the ability to lead the team to deal with various challenges.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills are required, and the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments and teams to solve problems.
